So I had this rash start a few weeks ago, it's on the legs only but it won't go away! Gp reckons it's heat rash a few weeks ago but I'm not sure, I will include pictures, it is Itchy but seems worse at night, and I keep getting more spots

Looks like bedbug bites OP.

BitOfFun · 31/03/2019 05:25

It's possibly small plaque psoriasis. I only say that because of your last photo though.

lil26 · 31/03/2019 07:10

@HennyPennyHorror my husband who shares same bed doesnt have them, I would have thought he would have had them as well.

@BitOfFun I will attach a picture of my foot too, as my foot is bad

Do you think I should go back to gp?

Do you find it gets worse after a hot shower? Have you tried taking antihistamines?

lil26 · 31/03/2019 07:52

@TheMidiMitch yes a hot shower tends to make it worse and yes I have tried antihistamine but it hasn't got any better

OP posts:

Heat induced urticaria. I have this and the gp said I can take up to four antihistamines a day to get it under control.

lil26 · 31/03/2019 08:02

@TheMidiMitch thank you! Does it ever go away? Cause this has just got worse and worse and doesn't ever go away.

OP posts:
TheMidiMitch · 31/03/2019 08:11

It does get better but I would say I normally have a rash - top of my back is usually the worst place.

lil26 · 31/03/2019 08:23

I will try and get a gp appointment, and see if I can get a definite diagnose, I feel like I can't go swimming or wear a dress, so want to find something to treat it.

Is it flat? Is it a petechial rash? Or is it spots on your skin? Is it sore? I had a petechial rash on my feet and calves. Took some antihistamines and it faded in about a week. I think it was the heat

lil26 · 31/03/2019 08:31

@JuniperBeer it's sore and it's not flat! I have taken antihistamines but hasn't helped.

Yes I'd go back to your gp. Could be HSP..

lil26 · 31/03/2019 20:13

@Pinkruler thanks, I will try and get a GP appointment tomorrow
