Soap for dry hands

Sorry this is so boring.
I always get dry hands in the winter but I've had a new baby so I've been washing them a lot more often with normal carex soap and they're so dry the skin is cracking and bleeding and is very sore. I do use hand moisturisers but I was hoping to find a good hand soap that would help so I wouldn't need to moisturise so often.
Thank you!

Use a soap with oil in it www.boots.com/little-soap-company-mediterranean-bar-soap-olive-oil-100g-10261555 The same makers of this soap also do one with avocado oil which I’ve seen in Boots. The argon oil one from the Body Shop is nice and it’s good value too.
I use bars of soap now rather than handwash to reduce my plastic consumption, but I used to get the Carex nourishing handwash. Since then I’ve seen that Carex do an advanced care line of handwashes with butter or oil. www.boots.com/carex-advanced-care-shea-butter-handwash-250ml-10252559

Try a bar soap or a liquid soap rather than a detergent based handwash.
