Can anyone give me a recipe for proper NI soda farls?

My DBro lived there for some years, and says those he buys here in England are not a patch on the proper ones.

Can anyone please link or post a recipe?

I did notice the mention of lightly frying and serving with bacon and eggs....DBro has said he liked doing that in the past.

Never mind that! I need a Veda recipe. My DH loves the stuff and we live in England.
I’m sure proper soda farls are yummy too.

My friends mother used to fry us potato farls which are also amazing

If you get a Veda recipe Wolfiefan please pass it on, I also have a Northern Irish husband who loves it, I can make the Farls and Wheaten bread but not Veda
