How do I find out if someone has been done for drinking and driving?

I don't want to go into the specifics here. I don't know exactly where the person lives. I've googled their name but nothing came up. They drink and drive but suddenly aren't driving. They lost their licence a few years ago and they still drink drive.

Last bit doesn't make sense. You said they've stopped driving but then say they are still drink drinking?

They were banned for a year then started up again when they got their licence back.

Maybe contact the police or dvla if you believe them to be a danger

You cant find out. If you think they're driving without a license & drink driving report them to the Police.

You can't! If you think someone is driving without a licence or drinking and driving report them but there is no reason I can see why either the police or the dvla would give you that information!
