How much to spend for a 4year old bday

Dd 4 has been invited to a friends bday party tomorrow.
She is my 4 th but it’s been a while since I’ve done this (had her 10 years after her brother). I’m not too sure what’s acceptable amount to spend.
I was thinking around £10?
Is that too little ?

That's what I tend to spend.

I always spend around £5. We go to a lot of parties and the kids don't need anything and often get so many presents.

We went to a close 4 yo's party last week and just bought her lovely bubble bath, hair clips and a cheap book. All will get used and enjoyed and she was happy!

I always did around £5 but maybe £10 for a particularly close friend.

I just purchased a gift for a 4 year old birthday. Id say anything between £5-£10 is acceptable. I bought a £6 short playsuit from Sainsbury's. I much prefer it when people buy gifts that aren't toys, so figured that clothes as we move into summer will be useful.

Usually £10, soft play and all of that is usually £9 a head so its nice to spend around the same amount to say thanks for the invite, I personally think anyway...
