I'm currently reading Dr Chatterjees's 4 pillar book and in it he suggests no tech 90 minutes before bed.
Do you think it is okay to listen to podcasts during the 90 minutes? As I'm not looking at the screen and depending on the content of the podcast I thought it might be okay?
I would most likely be listening to podcasts on mental health, mindfulness, food for medical purposes etc so nothing emotive.
Thoughts?
