How to attract viewers

Please any advice to attract viewers and opions on open house days???

Firstly, make sure the photos are the best available. I don't want to see arty pics, I want to see the whole of every room, otherwise I think they're hiding something. Not for the decor, but for future refurbishment potential. You can ask the agent to add or remove pics.

Make sure the description is full and factual rather than airy fairy. (we wrote our own)

I want to see a floor plan (not all on Rightmove have one)

I want to see the garden from a few angles. If you can get pics on a sunny day even better, so that I can see where the sunny spots are.

Obviously get rid of clutter. No one wants to see stuff piled up in photos.
Same with cleanliness. It needs to be as clean as possible.
On the viewing day, some bright flowers make it feel like a home.
