Hello Fresh et al...

My meal planning/culinary skills leave a lot to be desired and due to working a compressed week I'm time poor. This has led me to consider those meal prep companies like hello fresh, gusto, simply cook etc.

Is there anyone that uses/has used these? Did it improve your meal planning/skills? I'm thinking that, although expensive, it'll save money in the longer term as I'm never out the shops buying more than I need but struggle to cobble a decent dinner at night.

Thanks for any help!

We had HelloFresh for about 18 months and Gousto for about 4 - by far prefer Hello Fresh! We all loved it - 2 DS and us tried loads of new foods too.

We've had HelloFresh for just over two years. I love it. The food is better than what you would get in a supermarket (I am not in the UK) and it works out cheaper than meal planning and shopping.
The amount of packaging does bother me a bit but we recycle all our plastics.
Portions are big enough so that we have dinner and 80% of the time, the leftovers for lunch the next day.

We use Gousto when I get in a rut. Huge portions for both hello fresh and gousto
