Drinks after a tummy bug

Posted before about my 12 year old dd being sick. Looks like it's a bug now as she has been sick about 4 times on and off since this morning.

She's sleeping now. Hope she's not sick again as I have emetophobia. She's been drinking plain water but should I give her anything else to drink? I remember reading somewhere about flat coke or lemonade...?

Full sugar (not diet) coke is really good for upset stomachs and the sugar makes you feel a bit better.

Thank you, will get her some. When she feels like eating, what's best to give her?

Bland stuff for at least 24 hours after being sick for the last time. Toast with just a scrape of butter, banana, apple, nothing with dairy in it. I always crave sweet tea for some reason! Oh and crisps Grin

She hasn’t been sick for 30 hours, can she eat a bit of toast now?
