Miscarriage

I had a surgical management for a miscarriage last Tuesday, bleeding has stopped (stopped on Friday) but cramps have returned today. Not sure if it’s related to the miscarriage or it’s pre period, anyone has similar experiences? Also this is my 3rd miscarriage and now will be referred to gynaecologist for tests, anyone had the tests and advice on what I can expect?

So very sorry for your loss. I had surgical management for my third miscarriage a long time ago, but I don't remember a return of pain. I suggest ringing 101, for further advice.

As for tests, I didn't have any. I was advised to wait three cycles then try again after the last one. I did, fell straight away and DD1 is now 24, with 2 DDs of her own.

You posted on Wed, then said today if it continues you will contact 101. I think from Wed to Friday is it continuing. You should contact them!

I’m still crampy but I’m managing it with ibuprofen. I’ll get some advice thanks xxx

i had a natural misscarriage 4 weeks a go, i was 10weeks 2 days x my body seems to be getting back to normal, blerding stopped after 11 days, my bump has gone down and i just feel more like me again. this was my first pregnacy and we hasnt been trying long x we have both decided that we want to try again as soon as possible. im confused tho and need some help. my body is showing all the signs that im ovulating, egg white discharge, increase libido and light spotting however, i have done a ovulation test and this has come back negative. everything ive read said ovulation should have happened by now x should i be worried? how long will it take for this to happen? thanks ladies xxx

I think go back to the doctor for a check up. See what they say. I was advised to wait three cycles before starting again each time.

eljohnson2018 you should start your own thread. There is no reason to wait for three cycles. It’s often advised to wait until after you have a period to ensure everything as gone as if you get pregnant again quickly in early scans and blood tests they can’t tell if they are seeing evidence of a previous pregnancy or a new one.

Ive stopped bleeding following miscarriage. Going to do a pregnancy test tomorrow. Praying for a bfn then we're going to start trying again x
