I’ve had a bad few years with pre and post natal depression as well as hyperemesis and a shock post natal diagnosis for my daughter of DS.
I have realised I m claiming cb when I shouldn’t be I believe my partner earns too much. When my daughter was born we opted not to have payment. Called cb today to see what has happened and they have said I called in April and May of last year to opt in.
CB said partner must do self tax returns. We didn’t know he had to do this.
Partner called HMRC and registered straight away.
Also my carers is being looked at and I have worked too much in some weeks. I thought Tht they had been informed.This is being dealt with and o have forms etc to fill in and have assured carers of mistake and will pay all back.
I’m now afraid of any action because of the CB? Even though we have notified them and will put it right.
