Has anyone found a white cream egg?

Call me cynical but I always wonder in these comps whether there is actually a prize!

I'm like that with the McDonald's monopoly prizes. Has anyone actually ever won anything substantial? Aside from free food?! 🤔

No but it's a good way to get us to buy them in packs of 5 because all the single eggs have been opened already.

There are like 50 in the whole country or something obscene...

My friend won a five star holiday in the Caribbean in the walkers crisps thingy a few years ago. She didn’t even eat crisps daily unlike myself

Its hard to be sure but it looks like there might be about 100 million creme eggs sold in the 'hunt' period and about 1000 white eggs across all store types...so the odds of finding a white egg are 1:100000

fran I don't disagree with you...but you definitely won't find a white egg in a multipack - as they are in singles only.

I never win either but just this eve DH actually won £10 on the Maccies monopoly thing! I'd trade it in a heartbeat for a white cream egg 🤤

I won a docking station years ago on the monopoly game. It no longer works as a dock but still has crystal clear dab radio. It's my kitchen radio.

I won £20 on entering a McDonalds online code last year. Admittedly I spent more than that on McDonald’s over the next few weeks!

Besides if you read the nutritional info on the wrapping of the egg you will know if it’s a white cream egg. It will have to mention white chocolate, Cadbury’s have confirmed this

I stopped ds buying some creme eggs as all the wrappers were disheveled. God knows what's on them.

Even at 10 seconds per egg it would take you two weeks of nothing but reading eggs wrappers before you had much chance of finding one...really you'd be looking at more like a year.

Wouldn't it make more sense for Cadburys to actually sell white chocolate eggs?

I thought Cadbury's were selling white chocolate eggs this year and that's what all the advertisements were for. I'm glad I haven't found a white egg! I would have eaten it thinking it had got mixed up with the normal ones!

The thing with the McDonalds monopoly is that if someone throws away the packaging with the winning tab for the top prize on, no one will win it. So the big prizes are there, but may not be won from year to year.

Why anyone would buy a creme egg these days is beyond me, though - they’re ruined!

I won an Xbox one by entering the code from a pack of skittles! We had literally brought my son an Xbox 360 the week before. We didn't tell him about the Xbox one and sold it as the games were stupidly expensive then!

I don’t even eat the M3 so my buying habits haven’t been effected
