Microbiologist - there was a really good thread a while back with two microbiologists who both worked in the food business and was really interesting about which foods go off, where risks are etc. Think it was chat rather than AMA though.

What’s a DWP decision maker? You mean people who decide on benefit amounts? Back in the old Tax Credit days I worked with some Tax Credit inspectors for a while - that was interesting.
