What's wrong with me

We have had a really stressful week! We have been evicted and on Monday I spent 12 hours of pure stress writing appeal forms to the court.

Since Monday afternoon I have had an intense headache! If I move my head it hurts, my back hurts too and sends pain into my legs, I cant eat and I am miserable, what is it? Could it be a tension headache? What can I do? I really need to flat hunt and do viewings but I'm so unwell :(

Stress causing you to feel rundown

So sorry about your week, it sounds awful.

It probably is stress and/or migraine, but can you get to a doctor?

Sorry to hear about your situation.

That sounds so stressful.
If it’s a tension headache it will be eased by lying on your back with a hot water bottle under your neck.

Push yourself to go out and have a walk in the sunshine today, if you are not working. Decide on a plan of action and stick to it. Having a purpose will help.

What has happened has been and gone and you can't change it. Think about the future instead.

Thank you! I am trying to think forward about the positives of moving, the eviction was for immediately... without even time to move but I've managed to put a 2 week stop on it.

I am immensely stressed, thank you for the responses
