This morning was extremely stressful and emotional I got upset and ended up crying. For the rest of the day I’ve felt drained, just completely exhausted. I’m finding this is becoming a regular response anytime I’m highly stressed or emotional. Is it an age thing? It never used to happen! I could literally fall asleep now if it wasn’t for the kids, my whole body feels heavy (more than normal
) and everything is an effort. I can’t understand why this is now my body’s go to reaction, it’s really not very helpful when I’ve got two kids to look after and a load of reports to write up.
