I keep seeing adverts for them for incontinence and periods but they are expensive. Anyone know if they are any good? I have incontinence following childbirth (kids now 2 and 5). I've done the exercises etc and don't want surgery so after other options. Thanks .

Just ordered some - I have the same issue with the Mirena that I have light bleeding but also very intermittent bleeding inbetween periods. Hopefully these will be a good way to reduce the waste involved in using pads and liners.

Just make sure you rinse them out properly before putting them in the washing machine otherwise they’ll stink the next time you wear them (and the rest of your washing will come out smelling of blood!)
I like to stick mine in the bottom of the shower and jump on them in a morning. 😂

M & S has cheaper equivalents. Bought a pair for my dd who seems to keep ruining sheets during her period.
