We're looking into nanny-share as an alternative to nursery for our 11-month old. We know a family who use a nanny already for their two children, and this nanny is happy to take on a third.
Does anyone have experience of this? How's the cost usually split (by number of children or by family)? This family uses a nanny paye company to help them sort tax. Would we have to do this too, even if we're just trialling the nanny-share?
