My b12 was low again so I had 5 b12 jabs over 2 weeks.
Last time I didn't notice any real effects but this time I feel as if I've been knocked for six.
After the 3rd one I started to feel so exhausted I was like a lump of lead. Headaches, nausea, confusion, dizziness and a kind of pressure in my head which seems to be behind my ears so my hearing is reduced as if they are blocked.
I wish I'd never had the flaming things. I'm managing to stay at work but not sure how much longer I can keep going as I feel so dreadful.
When I mentioned it to the Dr and nurse they said it's not from the jabs but the symptoms only started after I'd started so it must be right?
