I've got a bag. Now what the fuck do I do with it?

Weird little potatoey pasta things.

Put it in boiling water for a few minutes until it floats. Add pasta sauce or olive oil and seasoning.

Bake it in the oven with a bit of over oil and in a sauce. If you have mozzarella stick that in too.

About 20 mins in the oven.

So, so good.

I followed this recipe the other day, it was really nice so making it again this week

boil in water as per instruction - then fry in butter/oil until they get crispy outside.
serve with a shit ton of cheese and veg

NoWayNoHow · 25/03/2019 16:34

I normally fry it in a pan so it goes crisply, then add a sauce like I would normally do with pasta. A bit less cloying that way I think!

Just to update, I made a harrissa veg bake with quorn meatballs and did the gnocci in oil as suggested. Loads of cheese. Was odd. But good!
