Sorry for the boring question. On paw patrol, the new long ones. Have the changed the voice actor for Rubble? His voice has broken!?

I tried to research all the voice changes once but the imdb page is complicated by having both the UK and American voice actors so I'm none the wiser

They started by changing Rocky and that was bad enough. I think Skye's the only original voice left and she's gone all screechy rather than the softer welsh accent she started with.
