Can anyone help me name this ice cream?

It was out late 90s early 2000s.
Was ice cream shapes/ cubes covered in a coloured ice.
Was sold in packets with about 5/6 pieces in.
Aimed for children.

I have Googled it and found 'fruit screamers'. It's not them but similar.

I would be very grateful if someone could help me remember what they are called. It's driving me mad!

I think I remember these, they had a slightly crisp shell possible of thin pale coloured chocolate. They can in a light blue packet and possible were a spin off of an established brand. Annoyingly I can't remember the name either and Google's not helping!
