Pizza is spinach and cheese sure if i cook it will be good

I'd be more worried that it had gone a bit soggy, but if it seems OK, and the base isn't mouldy there doesn't seem to be anything that would be unsafe there.

I find dairy lasts much longer than the use-by date, if it's been kept in the fridge. Cream, yoghurt, fromage frais are all fine. I just dip a finger in and if it tastes OK I use it. Ricotta is just soft cheese, cream one stage further on. I think they must set the use by date on the basis someone might have left it in the boot of the car on a hot day. It's really obvious if it's off, if you've got any taste buds at all.

Don't eat it if it has walked off or gained sentience.

Personally I'd eat it any time up till the end of the month....
