How much do you spend a week on a food shop? Does it include toiletries and how many of you does it cover?
We spend £70 and there are 3 of us xx

Mines probably around £70 a week for myself and two kids . Sometimes includes toiletries or I get them separate from boots or somewhere .

greatbigwho · 23/03/2019 21:51

For me and my 5yo, all in, about £40-45.

ANiceLuxury · 23/03/2019 21:53

£140 for 2 adults and 2 children under 7.

Thats no cleaning products or toiletries

Kerning · 23/03/2019 21:53

55 per week, me and DD(11), includes food, toiletries and household stuff.

Amanduh · 23/03/2019 21:53

Our weekly shop is about 40 and a tenner at the weekend for extras. £50 all in for three.

Agree with just, why ask Confused, so long as you can afford what you spend does it matter what anyone else spends Confused. And when you say ‘including toiletries’ that could mean anything from a couple of items from Poundland to a full Boots basket every week ....

If you are all hungry and there's never any food in, spend more. If you would all really like 'better' food (either brand or content) spend more. If you throw away a lot of uneaten food, spend less or differently.
