Right.. I'm determined to be more organised with lunches for work, etc. Plus I need to lose a stone or so.
I always see on Instagram that people (aka Joe Wicks, etc) prep for the week ahead.. but realistically how long in advance can you prepare food for?! It looks like they do the whole week, but surely you can't keep chicken/fish prepared for 5 days?!
If I make a batch of soup.. I'm wary by day 3 if I should have it or not!
