Has anybody got any recommendations? I have some but have had to stop using them as they were quite thick and kept bunching up and rubbing up against my episiotomy scars

I'd rather not keep buying disposable ones. I'd like them quite long, not too thick - maybe just one soft layer of jersey?
Any thoughts or recommendations?
