How do I go about this meeting?

I have an appointment today to visit a potential work place. There is a job available and so I’ve been invited to take a tour and so I and them can get a feel for eachother.

I’ve never done this before! How do I come out of this with an interview. Do I ask things or say things? I’ve been told I don’t need to bring qualifications or anything.

Depends on the job. Have you submitted an application? In teaching it's common to visit the school but certainly doesn't guarantee you an interview. It's a good way to get a feel for the school though!

I would do some research and maybe prepare some questions about the company and the role to naturally drop into conversation during the tour.
