Lelli Kelly - size up or down?

Dd is a 9.5 in Clark’s (g fitting so wide as well).

Do I get the 9 or the 10. I know they are a bit hideous by the way but dd loves them!

I don’t live near a stockist, although I could order two pairs and send one back I suppose!

Ah I saw these in John Lewis the other day, they are amazing but I'm not showing them to my four year old! Personally I would get the 10, dd is size 9 at Clarks but she has wide feet so I usually size up especially for boot styles. Also they're pretty pricey so you'd want a lot of wear out of them I guess!

I used to get the size up and put an insert in when my eldest was between sizes.
