Six bags of frozen cauliflower 'rice'. How to use?

Found these, 6 portion bags of cauliflower rice, and I want the freezer space. What can I chuck it in to get rid of it?

I don't want to waste them, but I also don't think the frozen stuff is any good to make those 'keto' pizza bases with, wither.

Any ideas?

I have mine with curry, if the sauce is tasty you don’t really taste the’rice’!

Make a curry and have it with that. You could get through it in a couple of days.

Sorry, you can even dress it up so it tastes like a pilau. I prefer cauliflower rice to the real thing now.

I use it in place of rice with curries and Chinese/Japanese dishes. It's also really good when you add fresh parmesan and pepper. I serve that with grilled fish.

Stir fried "rice"?

I love the stuff - use instead of rice or even pasta in whatever dish you like. Last night I had it mixed up with fried diced red peppers and onion and celery, to accompany some fish, like a sort of risotto.
