I used to go to contact centre when I had supervised contact before my daughters were adopters.

I think every centre is different but, at the one I attended. The rooms were bright and airy. There was lots of age appropriate toys. There was a supervisor in the room and it did occasionally feel intrusive but, you become used to it.

I found majority of the staff to be supportive and helpful.

Hi.

Used to volunteer at a contact centre..... We were just there to help out and be on hand if needed. You'll be fine and forget the volunteers are there once you are with your child
