Anyone else experienced this?! My mum is mid 70s but fit as a fiddle usually. She’s had a virus for now 5 weeks - sore throat, swollen glands, headache. Has been to Dr twice, first told it was just a virus and nothing they could do, second time they said it was probably bacterial and gave her antibiotics. She’s been on them 5 days now and not feeling better. Has anyone had this? She needs some hope she’ll feel better!! Thanks in advance :-)
