Auto rejected phone calls

Does anyone know how to stop mobile phone calls being auto rejected
Someone has been urgently trying to contact me ,but calls are being auto rejected,i have only blocked any spam calls, but the person trying to contact me has left a voicemail saying they will ring back, and i can see they have,but my phone isnt ringing,its going straight to voicemail

Have you got Do not Disturb turned on?

What phone is it? Are all calls being rejected or just this particular number? Is it a mobile or landline number or a 0800/0345 type number?

Thanks for replies, this was a private no, but others have said their calls are going straight to voicemail, but the phone isnt ringing , i dont have do not disturb on, never have,the only calls i have blocked are ones which i know are nuisance calls
I know who it was but they dont have my landline no,
I have only got things that popup blocked my phone is a Samsung js3

Any chance you just don't have any service coverage at the moment? Or maybe always wherever you are

Other calls are getting through, my grand daughter is here at the moment and she rang me to test it,and it rang
Maybe i will give o2 a call tomorrow and see what they suggest
