Repair job has failed after I said it was fixed

Help! We had some work done on our drains (through insurance). It looked like it was fixed but we've now discovered them blocking again. They rang last week and I told them it was working fine. If I call back tomorrow will they come back or make me put in another claim?

How long ago did you have the work done? If it was 2 weeks ago then I'd be telling the insurance company that the problem has clearly not been sorted out properly by whatever repair was done - therefore it is still part of the same claim.

It was 2 weeks ago. So if the company the insurance sent refuse to sort it, I can contact the insurance and tell them it turns out it's not fixed after all?

I guess it depends what is causing the blockage. Did they actually sort the problem out or did they just clear the backlog and it has taken 2 weeks for it to back up again to a point where you'd notice.
