Stationery now I’m stationary

After hot desking for my entire career I have reached the dizzying heights of having my own desk! Yay! I need some sort of a4 tray type things maybe a to do list, can someone point me in the right direction?

I’m buying it all myself as I don’t want the standard nhs issue / dragged out a dusty cupboard from someone who retired 5yeats ago kit!

Do you really really need an a tray? They are actually really inefficient as it’s basically a fancy pile. If you haven’t had one don’t. There are far more lovely things you can get for your desk.

I love file organisers, so they sit up neatly on your desk. And I'm totally into Rose gold staplers, clips and all that.

Have you got a branch of ‘The Works’ near you or a ‘Wilko’ as I found they have lots of reasonably priced stationery and box files/magazine rack type things for storage and filing. Oooh I love a bit of stationery shopping!
