I thought this was interesting. I know this probably means zero-hour contracts but I've always thought there is space for a different approach to employment.
What I dont understand is that the majority of people are parents, so why do we accept working conditions that don't allow for the external responsibilities that result e.g. childcare/commuting/housework etc.?
