Party games for 2, 3 and 4 year olds

Hi,

My two daughters will be turning 4 and 3, they both go to the same nursery so I will do a joint party for them. I also have a 6 yr old daughter and I have been to enough parties to see the effects of pass the parcel and musical bumps has on children, and I'm keen to avoid it.
Are there any non competitive games/activities I can do.

I was thinking of a treasure hunt, and giving each child a pot of bubbles and doing a bouncy castle in the garden. Any ideas greatly appreciated.

Sleeping lions?
Musical poses (strike a silly pose when the music stops, best pose gets a small treat)

Why doesn’t pass the parcel work? The only time we’ve had a crisis was DS1 who was distraught because he doesn’t like sweets...cured by the offer of cheese instead (he’s a strange child). We’ve always ensured everyone gets one layer.
