diarrhea and cramps at 4 weeks pregnant

I’ve had diarrhea after I eat for the last week and cramps for the last few days.
I read that this could be a miscarriage, but could also just be hormones.

Has anyone else experienced this?

One of my first pregnancy symptoms with my first successful pregnancy was awful diarrhoea. I was v crampy too. Hoping it passes soon and it isn’t anything to worry about

That was my first symptom for pregnancy. Lasted until ten weeks sorry. Perfectly healthy DS!

I had awful diarrhoea from shortly after I found out I was pregnant to around week 8 or 9. It was horrible - never a huge volume each time, but having to go “RIGHT NOW” up to 4 times an hour and it was always liquid. My mum has the same symptom early on in her pregnancies too.
