Gregory's Den by earthborn is great, really soft, have it in South west facing kitchen.

cardibach · 17/03/2019 17:53

Mine’s sort of teal/duck egg so depends on your eyes whether you see it as blue or green. I really like it - makes the room very calm and also look quite big. I have the Mumsnet sin of a feature wall (well, chimney) too. Light no good for photos right now.

TheFuckfaceWhisperer · 17/03/2019 18:41

The photo doesn't really do the colour justice but mine is like a sage green

F&B cooking apple - love it fresh and mellow ......also have a south east facing room french grey - love that as well cooler and more depth ..
also a south facing room a wickes pain - called meadow - not quite as good but ok ...is only one wall

i like green :) south facing I would usually say yellow tone green as often can look a bit blue (F&B green blue dreadful!)

Recently decorated our living / diner in Farrow and Ball Lichen. Beautiful colour which looks anything from light to quite dark sagey green depending on sunlight/time of day.

We have Farrow and Ball green smoke, little greene Normandy grey and Farrow and ball studio green in various rooms. Green smoke is especially lovely.

RumpoleoftheBaileys · 17/03/2019 19:01

I love f and b arsenic

CoddledAsAMommet · 17/03/2019 19:09

I love green, especially dark greens. We have a Victorian terrace. The living room is done (the whole room, no feature wall for us!) In William Morris Blackthorn wallpaper. It's absolutely gorgeous. I love it as much now as when we decorated 8 years ago. It was a bold choice but everyone loves it.

ichbineinstasumer · 17/03/2019 19:11

my favourite green now stolen by various family members: Goosberry Fool 5 (Dulux). I don't actually have it in my living room but almost everywhere else.

RockinHippy · 17/03/2019 19:25

Ours is a pale, soft retro looking mint green, with wood floors, wood/glass doors, white paintwork, black leather sofas & leopardskin & a bit of red as accessories etc. It's a nice colour to live with, very calming.

I can't get a photo as I have a living room full of junk, due to having an attic clear out, plus it's dark, so won't show the colour well. 🤷🏼‍♀️

SirBobblyofSock · 17/03/2019 19:26

Yes, Card Room by F&B and it looks lovely

KeptTheBeachesShipwreckFree · 17/03/2019 19:29

Ours is cream with a hint of green in the pattern on the wallpaper. We have a cream carpet (not our choice with 2 dc, it was there when we moved in) and a brown settee. It's a tiny room (10x8ft) but the colour and big window makes it feel much bigger.

Rosie1976mini · 17/03/2019 19:31

Green and grey wallpaper :)

This is our bedroom. Super dark green. May not be to everyone's taste but I love it! Its a valspar paint as f and b were either too light or not green enough. ( Just a small part of the room so no clutter seen!)

Have a look at Ladyland on Instagram- she has a green living room. Also look at Max made me do it - she loves a bit of green and pink x

IamEarthymama · 17/03/2019 19:52

All our paintwork in the living room is F&B Cooking Apple, with white walls and furniture painted in Smoked. Sage green silk curtains.
I would have green walls but I live in a tiny terraced house with mountains all around and we don't get much light.

The kitchen is Lime Green on one wall.

I love green, so lots of plants and twigs, a grievous sin on MN. 😉😊

Loving the pictures pp have shared!

bilbodog · 17/03/2019 20:13

My front door and kitchen cupboards are F & B churlish green which i love. Am going to paint my sitting room this colour next time we re-do it.

CatsMother66 · 17/03/2019 20:45

Fand B French grey. About to do dining room ball green

Baconislife · 17/03/2019 21:33

Lots of inspiration.
Think I will go for one wall with cream or white on the others.
Thanks
