Where do I find fb messenger settings?

Are you on the separate Messenger app? On mine on iPhone you need to tap on your profile picture top right, then scroll all the way down.

Thank you @EduCated I'll have another look. I was clicking all sorts with no luck!

They’ve made it a painful app to use!
