Anyone know this Sixties song?

Woke up with this song in my head the other day, pretty certain it's from the sixties or early seventies, and called "I Know". I was singing it to DH who said he'd never heard of it, and I've googled several lyrics sites and it's not on any of them. This is what I remember :

Anyone ever heard of it, it's really annoying me now! Whoever sang it must have had a reasonable hit with it, or I wouldn't remember those lyrics!

Yes, it does rather.....The last line gets repeated a few times "I'm still in love with you. ..."

Al Green?

The Vejtables - I Still Love You, but slightly different lyrics

Not Al Green, and not the Vejtables (love that name!) Although it's a song about unrequited love, it's sung in a fairly cheerful voice.....as I remember. When he sings "I know...." voices quietly echo " yeah, yeah, I know.." before the next line.
