Bloody snoring

My own. No issue until I wake up. Like now, wake up to take ds for a wee. Back to bed, exhausted. Every time I drop off, a loud/deep snore. Wake myself up with it. This can go on for off an hour. Anything I can do to stop it? It disturbs ds2 sone times too.

I am a loud and vivid sleeper. I can talk, laugh, cry and snore in my sleep and do sometimes wake myself up in the process. Ear plugs work a treat

HHa earplugs won't help I'm afraid, it's me doing the snoring so the house would still be inside my own head. It's awful though, really disturbing me.
