No, I've had a terrible day. My exh has got custody of my children and I'm only allowed supervised visits for a few hours a week. I'm devastated and just can't sleep 😢

Not really a lot to say, got to back in 5 weeks for another hearing to give evidence. He abused me for years and is now using my mental health to take them. I feel numb and broken 😢

I am done, I can't fight anymore. I love my babies but they deserve better. I want to end it all. I just can't cope

Please remember that things can change. Just because this is what has happened now doesn’t mean it will always be this way. Do you have access to mental health support? You will get through this

Do you have a lawyer? Are you getting help for your mental health? Who did childcare in your marriage?

I have a lawyer, and lots of mental health support but that doesn't seem to matter. I look unstable, I'm exhausted of fighting at every corner, I just can't do it anymore

They are coming to visit today, I have very mixed emotions. I want to hold them but saying goodbye is going to kill me. I feel so ill, like I'm dying 😢
