We have a work colleague off on long term sick four months. We believe their absence is due to poor mental health. Today when I was talking to a colleague about it they responded with “they are probably just having a Sabbatical rather than sick” i know people are known to play the system but this person in particular was hard working so I can’t see that she would do that.
