What to remember for birthday party at leisure centre...

DD’s party tomorrow, we have booked an activity at the leisure centre and party room with food included. It’s only a basic offering from the centre, but we can take whatever we want to enhance it. Have cake, knife, candles, party bags, matches, drinks, biscuits for adults, decorations, string, blue Tak, scissors, big bag to take presents home...... anything else??

You doing any games- pass the parcel or anything that needs prizes?

Have you got drinks for adults. I'm always really thirsty by the end of two hours supervising small people

Easterbunnyiscomingsoon · 15/03/2019 20:41

That it's always hot in one!!

Orangedaisy · 15/03/2019 20:43

No games.

Unlimited tea and coffee for adults and there’s a water fountain and I have some cups. Cafe upstairs if anyone wants anything else. Is that enough drinks for adults??

DinosApple · 15/03/2019 21:19

Baby wipes!

Luckily I packed some for DD's last birthday. One child was sick at the table...

Theknacktoflying · 15/03/2019 21:32

Bin bags
camera
Paper towels and wipes

woolduvet · 15/03/2019 21:39

Sharpie to write names on drinks

Petalflowers · 15/03/2019 21:43

Are kids being left? If so, list of names so you can jot down emergency telephone numbers etc

Extra crisps etc

If swimming, extra towel in case anyone forgets one

MadauntofA · 15/03/2019 21:47

Remember to bring back the presents after the party - I once left the presents when I was just so relieved it was all over and only realised once I got home Blushmanaged to remember the dc though Grin

Lovelydovey · 16/03/2019 04:16

Extra nibbles - fruit and salad? Napkins?

Thesuzle · 16/03/2019 04:20

Headache pills, those places are sooo bloody noisy

Blondie1984 · 16/03/2019 04:51

A couple of spare kids T-shirt’s

TipseyTorvey · 16/03/2019 06:19

A few IKEA blue bags for the presents. Milk, tea coffee and sugar and disposal tea spoons for adult drinks. A stereo for atmosphere when the entertainment isn't on. A person designated camera person even just with their phone. My first DCs big party has barely any photos as I was too busy running around and forgot! A knife for the cake and a lighter for the candles.

Millie2013 · 16/03/2019 06:48

Something to wrap cake in, if they’re taking it home?

Millie2013 · 16/03/2019 06:50

Couple of spare party bags, in case siblings have to come with accompanying parent?
This happened at DD’s party, parents weren’t expecting them to join in/eat/have party bag, but it was fine as we’d hired the whole venue and I had spare bits
