Is this a facebook buying scam?

I put a pram on a Facebook selling page about a month ago. No interest until a few days ago when I got 3 different messages from people who had each created a messenger group. They asked if it was available and then never got back to me. The group thing was weird. Why not just send a normal message? Is it some kind of scam?

No this is how it comes through from a buying page. I thought it was odd too but its standard

There is actually a button that automatically sends a message to a seller. I've caught it more than once on items I've had no interest in.
