Help me choose a new car

I am upset, our beloved Expedition is dead, it was to rusty to pass it's MOT. I loved that car.

We are now car shopping, we have narrowed it down to 3, however any suggestions welcome.

Criteria: Seating up to 6+ boot space, with a 3,500kg towing capacity.

What would you choose from the 3 below?

As most users here are British and those models aren't imported here, you may be a bit light on responses. I like the 150 most, but that's probs familiarity. Chevvy don't really feature in the UK beyond re-branded Korean hatch-backs.

Well unless there's a significant downside or something I'm missing, I'd go for the one that's $10k cheaper than the other two.

People in the UK don't tend to drive cars like that because our fuel prices make them unaffordable and they don't fit in parking spaces in car parks, and not on some roads too. They'd be slaughtered by environmental taxes that are expected to be introduced in many cities too.
