What is my 2 year old trying to say? Possibly Makaton

2yr old DS loves Mr Tumble and has picked up a few signs, unfortunately since he only watches it to let me get stuff done I have not picked up anywhere near as many!

All morning he has been putting his left hand under his right armpit stretching out his right arm and opening and closing his right hand whilst saying goo

Normally I figure out his signs from context but there is none this time and he is so very insistent! Help?

Door?

Maybe, the sign is similar. He can say door though so I'm not sure, he likes signing words he likes but he still says the word.

He's stopped signing it now, obviously given up!

It’s not something to do with an elephant is it ? The right arm being the trunk 😂 sorry that’s all I could think of
