Causing myself to panic a bit . I have health anxiety and not controlling it well at the moment . Was feeling a bit dizzy/sleepy in bed and took HR on phone app . App initially said 40 - I don’t know if I was
holding it right as it then said 76, 85, 90 etc.

Sat up right and it was back to 95. I’ve managed to stand up fine and walk about room but a bit wary of lying down again .

Don’t know if the app is likely to be talking bollocks or if I should try and phone 111 or something .

Take sertraline and cocodamol but no other meds , and have had normal ECGs/echo etc in past (for palpitations, told benign and anxiety caused). No other medical problems .

I did manage to get it to say 36 at one point by not holding my finger on it right , and managed to stand up straight after absolutely fine , which is what makes me think it isn’t entirely accurate ?

Calm down OP, they are not 100% accurate as you've shown with the range of numbers it has given you.

You felt sleepy in bed? That is not unusual is it?

I doubt you need to call 111 at this moment in time.
