We have a musty smell in the attic, also mould on ceilings the hallway upstairs and bedrooms. These have been cleaned and painted with mould resistance paint by my dh but doesn't resolve the problem in attic obviously.
Dh just got a bonus so we need to get this sorted but have no idea who it is we call out?!! Also has anyone had to do this and was it ok after? Any idea on the cost would be a great help!
