DP snores and I usually wear foam earplugs. However I find my ears get really dry and irritated inside, despite putting oil on a cotton bud and gently using it regularly. I also worry about the foam harbouring bacteria.
I've tried silicone ear plugs and they were a disaster. Just stuck to everything!
Are there any decent sound proof
Headphones about? Don't want to spend an extortionate amount but I will consider this an investment!
