Formula when out and about with newborn

I have a 1 week old who is bottle fed using the tommee tippee prep machine, I was just wondering what people do for feeds when out and about? Do you prepare the bottles then cool them and heat them up outside, if so how long do they take to heat back up? Really want to get out and about so would really appreciate some help. Thank you so much.

I had a Tommie Tippie flask that kept the water at the right temp and a little tub that o measured the formula into before we went out (it had 3 sections) and then took the bottles with me and when needed poured the water in, added 1 section of powder and gave it a good shake.

I always understood that you could keep the formula made in the prep machine for 2 hours so I’d make one before I went out and use that. If I was out long enough to need two feeds I’d use ready made formula; I also always carried ready made formula in case the formula I had went over the 2 hour slot or something happened.

I used to use the premade little bottles for when out and about.

I used to carry a flask of boiling water, bottles with 2/3rds the needed cooled boiled water needed for a bottle, the formula powder in a tommee yippee powder pot, and a small tt bottle with a white screw on lid. I'd mix the formula with the correct amount of boiling water, then tip into the bottle with cooled water in it. I found this made the bottle the right temp for my LB. if I needed to use the shaker bottle again I would swill it with some of the boiling water from the flask.

Use ready made. Just chuck a carton and a sterilised bottle in your bag and go.

Should have mentioned that I would mix the powder and boiling water in the small shaker bottle with the white screw on lid.

I'm out with other people's children.

I'd use a pot with the powder measured out. A bottle of cold water and a flask of hot water.

Ready made if you're happy to pay. I wish I could have got mine to drink at room temp would have saved soooo much faffing.
